Felicia Goldstein has significant experience as a litigation attorney and in public service. She currently practices employment law litigation, representing clients in matters including wage and hour disputes and discrimination and harassment claims.
Prior to joining The Villegas Law Firm, APC, Ms. Goldstein was a volunteer attorney with Legal Aid of Marin, where she counseled and represented clients in matters relating to employment and housing disputes. Between 1993 and 2001, Ms. Goldstein was an attorney with Zelle & Larson LLP. and its successor firm Larson King LLP., practicing primarily in the areas of insurance coverage subrogation and construction defect litigation. Ms. Goldstein participated in all phases of litigation from case inception through trial.
Ms. Goldstein has represented clients at trial, in mediations and arbitrations as well as before administrative agencies. She has also served as a volunteer arbitrator with the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Mandatory Fee Arbitration Program.
In 2013 Ms. Goldstein recieved the Wiley W. Manuel Award from the California State Bar in recognition of her pro bono services on behalf of Legal Aid of Marin. Ms. Goldstein has also worked as a volunteer advocate at the Homeless Advocacy Project in San Francisco, counseling and assisting clients in areas including landlord-tenant, employment, family and criminal law. She served as a member of the regional board of the Anti-Defamation League.
