Paul Grant-Villegas, an associate at The Villegas Law Firm, APC, was born and raised in San Francisco, California, to a Peruvian Mother and an American Father. Paul attended the French American International School where he became fluent in French and studied alongside students with international backgrounds. His multicultural upbringing sparked his passion for immigration rights and politics, which later influenced his decision to go to law school and practice employment law.

Cady is originally from Honolulu, Hawaii and brings her passion to the firm for being an advocate for those that need a voice. As a legal assistant, she provides legal and clerical support to the attorneys and is a main point of contact for English-speaking clients. She is a 2022 Loyola Marymount University graduate with a BA in Asian and Pacific Studies and a minor in Chinese. Along with a friendly and positive attitude, Cady brings extensive experience that assists the firm in providing excellent service to our clients.
Moy Valencia

Moy studied at the University of Guadalajara in Mexico, pursued a degree in Business Administration at Napa Valley College, and earned a certificate in International Business from UC Berkeley. He is currently continuing his studies at City College of San Francisco. Moy is passionate about advocating for those in need of legal assistance, particularly DACA recipients and immigrant students.
As a legal assistant, he provides both legal and clerical support to attorneys. With over 20 years of experience in business operations, bookkeeping, and administrative management, he makes significant contributions to The Villegas Law Firm, APC. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and has a proven track record of supporting small businesses through consulting, property management, and human resources. Moy is recognized for optimizing organizational efficiency and implementing effective financial strategies, excelling in both independent and team settings.
Currently, Moy is expanding his professional skill set by taking courses in marketing and digital media. Moy is dedicated to leveraging these creative and technical skills to enhance the firm’s operations and outreach. He is also pursuing courses in administrative law, marking his transition into the legal field. With a strong commitment to service and organizational growth, Moy is devoted to supporting the firm’s mission and its clients.

I am a recent graduate of Loyola Marymount University, where I spent four years as a full-time student-athlete, competing in cross-country and track while earning my Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on media studies and a minor in film studies.
Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising at USC Annenberg, furthering my passion for strategic communication and media.

Karla Donis has been with the firm since 2008. She is passionate about the work we do and truly believes our work is a necessity in today’s world. Karla obtained an associate degree from City College of San Francisco in Liberal Art Studies with an emphasis in social and behavioral sciences. As the firm’s Senior Legal Assistant, Karla provides legal and clerical support to our attorneys and helps our clients throughout their case. Karla is also one of the initial points of contact at the firm for our Spanish-speaking clients, and is a highly approachable individual who is truly dedicated to assisting and understanding the callers’ employment situation.

She graduated from the University of La Verne in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and earned her Paralegal Certificate. Throughout her career, Viviana has demonstrated a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of the legal system, ensuring they receive thorough and professional support every step of the way.
Her expertise spans across all stages of legal cases from prelitigation through litigation, where she has gained valuable expertise in handling diverse legal matters. Viviana is known for her meticulous attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. I’m the Junior Social Media Director at The Villegas Law Firm. I help create and manage content, from videos to social media posts, making sure our business stays original and engaging. I am a freshman currently studying communications at UC Davis, where I also run for the NCAA division one cross-country and track team. I like working with others to produce beneficial projects and making an impact with my communication abilities. I’ve always had a passion for media and content creation, and I love finding creative ways to connect with our audience!
